This week seems to have dragged so much at work but the joy of riding in doesn't diminish. A lovely brisk northerly allowed me to take it easy on the ride in and I coasted along with my average HR only 126 instead of the usual 135 and still did it in the same time.
It was warm too, about 12 (after yesterday's -2) so with the warmer weather, blue skies and tailwind almost perfect riding conditions (as long as you are heading south!). I did feel for the two cyclists going uphill towards Mitchell with the headwind on Gungahlin Drive!
