Monday again

A beautiful morning to ride to work today. I was whizzing down Northbourne at around 31kmph. Very fast for me. Going along LBG I had averaged over 25kmph which is very good. The whole trip took me 48 minutes. Again a good time, but amazingly a cross wind, not a tailwind. How fast would I go with a tailwind?

Even while cycling I can't help thinking about my skating on Friday night. I want to go again. I think Tuesday night might break the week nicely. Just a quick dinner at home then into town for our skate. I so want to be able to do all my fancy things again - particularly the spins which I always loved. I always used to love salchow and flip too, so maybe I can get up the courage one day.

The sunrises are noticeably later these days. i didn't put my sunnies on at all although I will admit I could have quite easily along LBG but certainly not when leaving home. It is actually quite a nice time of year although I would be happier with slightly warmer mornings.
